Do you host events?

Yes! We host birthday parties, corporate events, school gatherings, and more. Contact us to learn about our event packages and availability.

What are your hours of operation?

We're open Tuesday–Thursday 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM–7:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays unless it's a holiday.

What kind of prizes can I win?

Accepted Answer

We have a wide variety of prizes including plushies, keychains, blind boxes, figurines, Funko POP collectibles, Pokemon and One Piece TCG cards, and much more! Win multiple prizes and trade them up for bigger items from our prize shelves.

Question 4

How does the trade-up system work?

Accepted Answer

Win 3–15 plushies from our big machines, then trade them in for larger prizes from our prize shelves. The more you win, the bigger prizes you can get!

Question 5

How much does it cost to play?

Accepted Answer

$1 equals 1 token. Large machines cost 1 token per play; small machines give you 2 plays per token. Each game lasts 30 seconds. We offer value packages: $25 for 28 tokens, $50 for 60 tokens, $60 for 75 tokens, and $100 for 135 tokens.

Is CaliClaw USA suitable for young children?

Absolutely! Children who can walk and stand are welcome. We provide stools so little ones can reach the controls, and we have 24 mini machines perfect for younger players.

Are there restrooms on site?

Accepted Answer

We don't have restrooms on site, but the restaurant next door and the gas station across the street have facilities available.

Can I get a refund on tokens?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer refunds on tokens, but you can take any leftover tokens home and use them on your next visit!

How long is each claw machine game?

Accepted Answer

Each game lasts 30 seconds, giving you plenty of time to position the claw and make your grab!

Can I swap prizes within a machine?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you'd prefer a different prize from the same machine, just let our staff know and we'll be happy to swap it for you.

Is there parking at CaliClaw USA?

Yes! We have parking available both in front and in back of our location at 2347 Willow Pass Rd, Concord, CA. We're also just two blocks from the BART station and bus route 15 stops nearby.

I've never played a claw machine before. Can I still win?

Of course! Everyone is welcome, including beginners. Our staff is happy to share tips and strategies. We recommend starting with easier prizes to build your confidence and skills.

CaliClaw USA is located at 2347 Willow Pass Rd, Concord, CA 94520. We are two blocks from the Concord BART station and bus route 15 stops nearby. Parking is available in front and behind the building.

We have 45 claw machines total, including 24 mini machines sized for younger and shorter players. Stools are provided so little ones can reach the controls.
